We have been in business selling biltong for 27 years.

-How long does biltong last?

If you hang biltong correctly in a draft it can last months with a constant air source being provided.

-Can you freeze biltong and how?

You can freeze biltong for up to 6 months with coving it in a plastic film,  however you would need to let it defrost by means of air and not heat.

-How long does biltong last in the fridge ?

Sliced biltong will last up to 1 week in the fridge.

-What recipe do you use?

We use our own family recipe that has been perfected through generations.
