The Biltong Factory was created with the love of biltong in mind and with no quality product in the market we decided to create our own.

Starting out from our home garages ,producing biltong for our family and friends it  later developed into a business.

We are proud to say that we now produce over 12 tons of biltong per month, serving biltong franchises nationwide. With this we thought to bring our products directly to the consumer through our online website at ensuring quality
